Poem for Sunday and Spring Saturday

Cats in Sun

rectangle of warm
is provided by the sun
for the cat's pleasure


It was a pretty, windy Saturday, cool in the wind but warm in the sun. We spent a quiet morning doing chores and various sorting projects (music for Paul, photos for me), ate lunch, and went to meet my parents to take a socially distanced walk. Then we all Skyped with Daniel, Adam and Katherine before dinner and Pepper joined us:

We watched the One World: Together At Home concert/fundraiser, which had some lovely aspects (the Rolling Stones' online reunion; Michelle and Laura; Beyonce and Alicia Keys; Keith Urban accompanying himself), then we watched the end of the first season of The Witcher, which I enjoyed a lot more than I expected, mostly because of Yennefer!
