Poem for Sunday, Sheep and Wool, Only Lovers Left Alive

Adam had a track meet at Sherwood High School across the county, so after a morning doing assorted chores, we had an early lunch and dropped him and a friend off at the meet, then drove to the Howard County Fairgrounds for the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. We listened to the Kentucky Derby broadcast on the radio driving back, then we had Hot Brown for dinner (we were going to have mint juleps too, but settled for mint Dove squares). Adam was pretty fried -- he has to work at Hebrew school on Sunday morning and needs to spend the rest of the day studying for the AP exams that he has next week -- but Paul and I went to see Hiddleston and Swinton in Only Lovers Left Alive, which is moody and creepy and brilliantly acted!
